9150 clothing takes pride in delivering high-quality clothing. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below before making a return or refund request.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • We do not offer exchanges due to high demand and limited stock. If you need a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Limited Edition Pieces (e.g., MONOCHROME): Due to their exclusivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing swaps. Exact measurements are provided, and we encourage customers to check sizing carefully before purchasing.

  • If however, another version of a Limited Edition Piece is created, the customer may swap for another size, paying the difference of the items plus shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If the returned item is found to be worn, damaged, or altered, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
